PNC-27 – Targeted Cancer-Cellular Research Peptide

$250.00

PNC-27 Research
• Selectively targets membrane-bound HDM-2 on cancer cells, inducing pore formation and rapid necrosis
• Cytotoxic to a wide range of solid tumors and hematopoietic cancers in preclinical studies while sparing normal cells
• Effective independent of p53 status; researched against chemotherapy-resistant cells and cancer stem cells
• Demonstrated tumor reduction and prolonged survival in animal models with minimal off-target effects on healthy tissues
HGH (Human Growth Hormone / Somatropin)
• Essential hormone supporting linear growth (in deficiency states), lean body mass, and metabolic regulation
• FDA-approved for specific growth hormone deficiency and related pediatric/adult indications
• Associated in research with increases in lean mass and reductions in fat mass
• Involved in recovery, bone health, and IGF-1 mediated anabolic signaling
Description
PNC-27 Research: A 32-residue peptide containing the HDM-2-binding domain of p53 (residues 12–26) fused to a membrane-residency sequence. It selectively binds membrane-localized HDM-2 that is highly expressed on many cancer cells, inducing rapid transmembrane pore formation and necrotic cell death. Preclinical studies show cytotoxicity across solid tumors and leukemias (including chemotherapy-resistant and stem-cell-enriched populations) while sparing normal cells that express little or no membrane HDM-2; the mechanism operates independently of p53 status.
